PROCESSING TIME

Our current turnaround time is approximately 8–12 business days from the order date (excluding weekends and holidays). We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, and every item is made with intention and care.

If there is an issue with your order, you will be notified. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail once processing is complete.

Please allow 8–12 business days for processing before your order ships.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

SIZING & FIT

Sizing details (including measurements) are provided within each product listing. We encourage you to review the size chart prior to purchasing to ensure the best fit.

For a more oversized, cozy look, we recommend sizing up 2–3 sizes.

PRODUCT DETAILS & CARE

All apparel is created using high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing.

To maintain the longevity of your item, please follow the care instructions below:

  • Wash inside out on cold
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low
  • Do not iron directly on the design
  • Do not dry clean
